DGL: Digital Learning 101 – Basic Computer Operations in the Classroom
DGL is a half-day, 3-hour, hands-on course designed to introduce teachers to basic Apple computer systems, Dataseam concepts, and technology’s important role in the 21st Century Classroom. This workshop-style course familiarizes educators with the iMac Hardware and Operating Systems while exploring general applications, web browsers, and a basic preface to the iLife Suite. Participants will use PowerPoint to create a classroom learning activity. DGL provides attendees with the necessary tools to explore technology and its potential to enhance, improve, and the expand the classroom experience.
